"The money did move faster than I expected..."
The money did move faster than I expected, so I’ll give them that. But I kept getting annoyed with the little things, like the app feeling clunky and the steps not being as clear as they should be. The transfer went through quick, which was nice, but I was still sitting there frustrated because it just felt more complicated than it needed to be. Quick transfer, yes, but the process could definitely be smoother.

"Pretty easy to use"
I’ve been using Ally.com for a bit and it’s easy to get around. I can find my accounts, make payments, and check the details I need without having to click around forever. The site loads quick too, so no real complants from me.

"I’ve been using Ally for a few years..."
I’ve been using Ally for a few years now, i kind of regret not trying it earlier. Transfers have shown up when they were supposed to, the rates are easy to understand, and I haven’t run into any of those annoying surprise fees I used to worry about with other banks.
I’ve had to call support a couple of times, and both times they handled it without making me jump through hoops. It’s just been steady and dependable, which is really all I want from an online bank.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting paying off my auto loan with Ally to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actuAlly reAlly smooth. The payoff amount was easy to find, and the payment posted quickly. I also got the confirmation without having to call anyone, which I reAlly appreciated. Overall, it was simple, straightforward, and way less stressful than I thought it would be.

I had to reach out to Ally support about a login issue and a transfer question. The rep was really nice, and actually stuck with me until everything got sorted out. The wait time was a little longer than I would’ve liked, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was a helpful and easy experience.

I was in a hurry when I noticed a weird charge, but Ally had already flagged it quickly. They locked the card, sent a new one out, and support didn’t drag it out or make it a big hassle, which I really appreciated.

The updates were easy to follow, and the money was back in my account faster than I thought it would be. I’m sure other customers appreciate when something stressful gets handled this smoothly too. Overall, it was a solid experience.

I called Ally yesterday fully expecting to waste half my day on hold, but someone actually picked up in like 3 minutes. The rep was fine and got my issue fixed quickly, which I appreciated. Still annoying that I had to call in the first place and deal with the whole process, but for a bank phone line, it was not bad.

"Login issue fixed quickly, but I’m hoping they make it right"
I had a login issue with my Ally account and thought it was going to turn into a huge hassle, but support got it fixed fast. There wasn’t much back-and-forth or runaround, which I appreciated. That said, it was still inconvenient being locked out, so I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or credit for the trouble. Overall, better experience than I expected.

Ally has been fine overall, but the fees bothered me more than I thought they would. A couple charges showed up that I wasn’t expecting, and when I reached out, support basicAlly just pointed me back to the fine print. I get that it may technicAlly be explained somewhere, but it still felt frustrating and a little misleading. It’s not a terrible account, but those fees made it feel a lot less affordable than I expected.

I clicked through, entered what I needed to, and didn’t have to think much about it. The payment went through quickly and there weren’t any problems...

I’ve had a good experience with this savings account overall. The rates have been solid, which I definitely appreciate. Transfers can take a little longer than I’d like sometimes, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it’s a good option.

"App pretty much works every time"
I use the Ally app almost every day and it just works. Logins, transfers, deposits, all of it has been smooth for me so far. I haven’t had many issues at all, maybe a tiny glitch here and there but nothing major. Happy with it tbh.

"Closing a Ally account was just okay"
Closing my ally account was fine overall, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth process. I ended up having to call in, wait on hold for little while, and then go through a bunch of questions before they could finish it.
The rep was friendly enough and the account did get closed, so I can’t say there was big problem. It just felt slower than it needed to be, and by end I was more annoyed than anything
